When you highlight job descriptions or generate resumes and cover letters, you provide content to the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the outcome of your job applications and do not guarantee employment. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spintiq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your resume and profile data are encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers (Supabase) using industry‑standard security practices.
